Set Weather Forecast in Outlook:
Outlook has no inbuilt functionality to show your local weather forecast in your Outlook calendar. But Microsoft Outlook supports some third party weather forecast add-ons to setup weather forecast in Outlook. You need to install these add-ons to your Outlook account. Find below some easy steps to setup weather forecast in Microsoft Outlook –
Step 1: You can visit any weather forecast site like ‘wunderground.com‘ for download weather add-ons.
Step 2: Search your city name on this site and find current weather.
Step 3: Now look on top right of the page you‘ll see an ‘Add to My Favorites‘ link, there has one blue arrow near to RSS button. You can simply click on the ICAL link to add this particular weather forecast iCal file to download your PC.
Step 4: Once you download the file, open it. It will add to your outlook calendar automatically. Every week, this calendar will update with the next weekly forecast.
Set Time Zone in Outlook:
Step 1: Go to ‘Tools -> Options -> Calendar Options‘ and click ‘Advanced Options‘ at the bottom.
Step 2: Now click ‘Time Zone‘ and Pick from and select from list of time zones from the drop-down menu.
